Nestled in the picturesque Hudson Valley, I draw endless inspiration from the natural beauty of my surroundings. In my work, I intricately weave vibrant fiber threads around carefully chosen branches, selected for their unique shapes and textures, to create captivating landscapes and more. Each branch becomes a natural loom, its organic form enhancing the interplay of fibers and textures. I often preserve the branches in their raw, unaltered state before sealing them, allowing their natural beauty to shine through.

This piece was inspired by the flowers in my garden. Small brass nails hold the warp thread in place and sweet shades of pink wool is threaded through the string.
